Globally, most vulnerable populations do not have access to basic services and have limited access to health care services. As a result, there are diverse perspectives from the social justice standpoint that provide opinion over the mutual obligations between the individual and the society on how to leverage this issue. No matter the perspective on healthcare rights, health care organizations must provide high quality health care to all individuals, all the time. As a result, health care organizations will need to have individuals capable of engaging persons and motivate them to aspire to provision high quality health care services all of the time.
